1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the GrowMoreClients platform and all associated services. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
2. Permitted Uses
The GrowMoreClients platform is intended for:
- Managing client and patient relationships for legitimate local service businesses
- Sending appointment reminders and follow-up communications to consenting contacts
- Running legitimate marketing campaigns for your business
- Collecting and managing reviews in compliance with platform terms
- Automating lawful business communications
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use GrowMoreClients to:
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- Contact individuals who have not consented to receive communications from you
- Impersonate another person, business, or entity
- Send false, misleading, or deceptive communications
- Violate any applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, or GDPR
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
- Collect or process sensitive personal data without proper legal basis
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
- Share account access with unauthorized parties
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Send PHI via standard unencrypted SMS channels
- Generate fake reviews or engage in review manipulation
- Use the platform for any purpose that competes with GrowMoreClients without written permission
4. Content Standards
All content sent through the platform must:
- Be truthful and not misleading
- Comply with all applicable advertising standards
- Not include hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence
- Not include adult, explicit, or inappropriate content
- Clearly identify the sending business
5. Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining all required consents before uploading contacts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact records
- Honoring all opt-out requests immediately
- Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable data protection laws
- Securing your account credentials
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may take action including issuing a warning, suspending your account, terminating your account without refund, or reporting violations to law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action.
