By accessing or using GrowMoreClients ("Platform"), a product of Cowaty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GrowMoreClients provides a CRM and marketing automation platform for local service businesses, including CRM tools, automated messaging, appointment management, review generation, and related services. The Platform is built on GoHighLevel infrastructure and offered as a managed service.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Platform to send spam, harass individuals, violate privacy laws, or engage in any fraudulent activity. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
If you use the Platform to process Protected Health Information (PHI), you must have a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the Platform in a HIPAA-compliant manner. We provide HIPAA-compliant infrastructure; compliance with HIPAA regulations in your use of the Platform remains your responsibility.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from contacts before sending SMS messages through the Platform. You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, A2P 10DLC requirements, and all applicable messaging laws. See our SMS Policy.
GrowMoreClients and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Cowaty. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the services. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. You represent that you have the right to submit all data you input into the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cowaty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel by contacting us at sales@cowaty.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
